A legend of the name “Mua Cave” (Dance Cave)
The Mua Cave is located at the foot of Mua Mountain, in the eco-tourism area of Khe Dau Ha village, Ninh Xuan commune, Hoa Lu district, Ninh Binh province.
The name “Mua Cave” derives from a folk tale. Legend is that, in the past, when King Tran moved to Hoa Lu to establish Thai Vi temple, he often goes to the cave below the mountain to enjoy singing and dancing performance. Since then, people named the Mua Cave to recall the old legend.
